CANCELLATION POLICY

At MUSAAB ALI ALNAQBI ADVOCATES & LEGAL CONSULTANTS LLC, customers may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Timeframe

• Customers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours of placing the order or request.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels.

2. Conditions for Cancellation

• Cancellation will only be accepted if the service has not yet been initiated.
• Once legal work or consultation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• If the cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

4. Important Notice

If any service is marked as non-cancellable or non-refundable, this will be clearly communicated to the customer before the purchase decision is made to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.
