Anvar Chelari is a graduate of Law (LLB) from Karnataka State Law University (KSLU). Also has Post graduation in Master in Social Welfare (counselling), MSW C. He is one of the Faculty of Legal Service Authority of India, imparting legal knowledge to the society. He conducts legal awareness programs to professionals and students. He has enrolled and practiced as a Lawyer in Kerala under Bar Counsel of Kerala, India.

He has excellent knowledge in Indian and UAE laws, and has the capacity of corroborating legal terminology. He has gained extensive experience in Criminal, Civil, Labor, Family, Commercial, Business, Arbitration and Conciliation, Alternate dispute redressal system, etc. He also has a wide knowledge in contracts, agreements, wills, etc.  He has expertise in Business incorporation and amalgamation, intellectual Property Rights, insurance, accident claims, DIFC and DIAC matters also.
